Booster
NAD+ Booster
The NAD+ booster is a 50 mg dose of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide given as an intramuscular injection, rather than as an infusion.

NAD+ is a coenzyme present in every cell, involved in converting nutrients into cellular energy and in normal DNA repair. Levels are understood to decline with age.
This is the injectable form at 50 mg — a short appointment rather than the 45 to 75 minutes an infusion takes. Aveum NAD+, the infusion, is a far larger dose at 250 mg or 500 mg; the two are not interchangeable.
It is given as an intramuscular injection only, not as an IV push.

Common questions
- How is this different from the NAD+ infusion?
- Dose and route. This is 50 mg by injection in a short appointment. Aveum NAD+ is 250 mg or 500 mg infused slowly over 45 to 75 minutes. Your Registered Nurse will talk through which suits you.
- Does NAD+ reverse aging?
- No, and be wary of anyone who tells you it does. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism and DNA repair, and levels decline with age. Research into supplementation is ongoing. Aveum Wellness makes no claim that NAD+ reverses, slows or treats aging.
- Do I need a Good Faith Exam before booking?
- Yes. Every new Aveum Wellness client completes a one-time Good Faith Exam, a short online telehealth screening through our medical partner Qualiphy. It reviews your medical history, current medications and allergies. The exam is a one-time $30 fee and remains valid for one year across all eligible Aveum Wellness services.
- Where does the appointment take place?
- Aveum Wellness is a concierge practice, so a Registered Nurse travels to you. Appointments take place at your home, office or hotel anywhere in our Dallas–Fort Worth service area. There is no clinic to drive to.
- Who administers the treatment?
- A Registered Nurse performs your health assessment and administers every treatment, under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director. Medications and compounded therapies are sourced from licensed U.S. pharmacies.
