IV Hydration Therapy in Dallas–Fort Worth
IV hydration is the delivery of sterile fluids and electrolytes directly into the bloodstream through an intravenous line, used to restore hydration more directly than drinking.
- 45–75 minutes
- IV Infusion
- Your home, office or hotel

IV hydration addresses fluid and electrolyte loss directly. Aveum Wellness delivers it at your home, office or hotel across Dallas–Fort Worth, administered by a Registered Nurse.
North Texas summers make this the most seasonally requested service we offer. Long days outdoors, youth sports, job sites and travel all deplete fluid and electrolytes faster than most people replace them.
Two infusions focus specifically on hydration. Aveum Hydrate restores fluids and replenishes electrolytes. Aveum Reset adds ondansetron for recovery when nausea is part of the picture. Most other signature infusions include a hydration base as well.
For everyday hydration, drinking water is appropriate and sufficient. IV hydration is worth considering after heat exposure, heavy exertion, travel or illness — and if you have signs of significant dehydration, seek medical care rather than booking an elective infusion.

Before you book
- A one-time Good Faith Exam must be approved before your first treatment.
- IV hydration is not appropriate for everyone. Certain heart, kidney and blood pressure conditions may make it unsuitable.
- Significant dehydration — confusion, fainting, a racing heart, no urination, persistent vomiting — requires medical care, not an elective infusion.
Common questions
- How long does IV hydration last?
- Fluid given intravenously enters circulation immediately and is distributed within roughly an hour. How long you feel the benefit depends on why you were depleted, your activity level, the heat and your ongoing fluid intake. It is not a substitute for drinking water day to day.
- Is IV hydration better than drinking water?
- Not for routine hydration — for most people, drinking water is appropriate and sufficient. IV hydration delivers fluid directly to the bloodstream without relying on digestion, which some clients prefer after heat, exertion or travel.
- Do I need a Good Faith Exam before booking?
- Yes. Every new Aveum Wellness client completes a one-time Good Faith Exam, a short online telehealth screening through our medical partner Qualiphy. It reviews your medical history, current medications and allergies. The exam is a one-time $30 fee and remains valid for one year across all eligible Aveum Wellness services.
- Where does the appointment take place?
- Aveum Wellness is a concierge practice, so a Registered Nurse travels to you. Appointments take place at your home, office or hotel anywhere in our Dallas–Fort Worth service area. There is no clinic to drive to.
- Who administers the treatment?
- A Registered Nurse performs your health assessment and administers every treatment, under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director. Medications and compounded therapies are sourced from licensed U.S. pharmacies.
