NAD+ is a coenzyme present in every cell in the body, where it plays a central role in converting nutrients into cellular energy and in normal DNA repair processes. Levels are understood to decline with age.
This infusion is designed for people focused on cellular health, recovery, mental performance and healthy aging. It is a favorite among professionals, executives and anyone taking a proactive approach to aging well.
NAD+ is infused slowly and deliberately. Given quickly it can cause chest tightness, flushing or nausea, so the rate is adjusted to your comfort throughout — one reason a Registered Nurse stays with you for the full appointment.

Before you book
- A one-time Good Faith Exam must be completed and approved before your first treatment. It stays valid for one year.
- Every treatment is assessed by a Registered Nurse and provided under the supervision of a licensed Medical Director.
- All medications and compounded therapies are sourced from licensed U.S. pharmacies.
- Tell your nurse about all medical conditions, medications, supplements and allergies. Some conditions make IV therapy inappropriate.
- Possible effects include discomfort, bruising or irritation at the infusion site, and less commonly flushing, lightheadedness or nausea.
- IV therapy is not a substitute for medical care. If you are unwell, speak with your physician.
Common questions
- Does NAD+ reverse aging?
- No, and be wary of anyone who tells you it does. NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy metabolism and DNA repair, and levels decline with age. Research into supplementation is ongoing. Aveum Wellness makes no claim that NAD+ reverses, slows or treats aging.
- Why does a NAD+ infusion feel different?
- Infused too quickly, NAD+ commonly causes chest tightness, flushing or nausea. This is well recognized and is managed by slowing the rate. Tell your nurse as soon as you feel anything uncomfortable and they will adjust it.
- How long does a NAD+ infusion take?
- Approximately 45 to 75 minutes, depending on dose and how you tolerate the infusion rate. NAD+ is deliberately given slowly, so it is not an appointment to rush.
- Do I need a Good Faith Exam before booking?
- Yes. Every new Aveum Wellness client completes a one-time Good Faith Exam, a short online telehealth screening through our medical partner Qualiphy. It reviews your medical history, current medications and allergies. The exam is a one-time $30 fee and remains valid for one year across all eligible Aveum Wellness services.
